Takedown Requirements

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notification must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material on FluentExam that is allegedly infringing, including the specific URL where the material is located.
3. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement of good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Response Commitment

FluentExam will respond to valid takedown notices within 5 business days. We may remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing and will notify the alleged infringer of the claim.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the designated agent above. FluentExam will process valid counter-notifications in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
